Welcome to Tamil Nadu Land Connect. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. User Responsibilities

When using Tamil Nadu Land Connect, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating property listings or interacting with others.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Not engage in fraudulent activities, including posting fake listings or misrepresenting property details.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws regarding real estate transactions.

3. Platform Usage Rules

To maintain a safe and trustworthy environment, users are prohibited from:

• Posting content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Uploading viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
• Scraping, data mining, or extracting data from the Platform without written permission.
• Posting properties that you do not own or do not have the legal right to sell/lease.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Terminal Developers or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Platform is a Connector: Tamil Nadu Land Connect acts solely as a platform to connect land buyers, sellers, and property seekers. We are not a real estate agency, broker, or a party to any transactions that occur between users.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of property listings or the validity of documents (such as Patta Chitta, EC, etc.) accessed through the app, which are sourced from public domains. Terminal Developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform or any transactions made through it.

6. Account Termination Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
