How It Started
Tamil Nadu Land Connect began with a simple observation: land records exist digitally, but finding the right one - an EC, a patta, an FMB map - still meant navigating separate portals, remembering survey numbers.
We saw families unable to trace inherited land, buyers skipping EC checks because the process felt too complicated, and professionals repeating the same manual searches every time. So we built one app to solve it - bringing EC, Patta Chitta, FMB maps, RERA, DTCP, temple land records, and old settlement archives together in a single place. Then we added ALI (Advanced Land Intelligence), letting anyone tap a location on a map to pull up every document for that parcel — no survey number needed.
